Most Recent Pick-Ups! (Collective)

Hey All! Welcome back to my blog! So over the past month or so, I have picked up a few items here and there. Some that I had been eyeing for so long, and some that I seen and just immediately got excited for!!! They are mostly high-end items, which is why I didn't buy all at once Lol. But I always say...If its meant, it will be Lol Even when it comes to makeup! So Below I am going to show some pics, and some deets about these products!! Like why I wanted em, and what they remind me of!

Stila Sweetheart Bronzer this was a Last Chance product at my ULTA! It was only $14.50 and I just thought it was really pretty. Some of them are matter shades and some have a shimmer. Swirled together its beautiful, and sometimes I just take the shimmer shades for a lil glow!

Essence Sun Club Matt Bronzer for Brunettes!
Honestly I only bought this because it smells amazing!! It smells like coco butter. But it does wear very nicely too, I use it along with my other bronzers to get the perfect contour!

Tarte The Sculptor Face stick: I had my eye on this since it came into store! I am always looking for a way to perfect my contour! This looked so beautiful, and it swatched so nicely! It was a MUST BUY!

BECCA Beach Tint Shimmer Souffle in Watermelon/Moonstone : This brand is new to my store! And when I came in and seen all of their beautiful products, I was in AWE. These immediately caught my attention, and i absolutely had to have one. Can I just say, choosing the shade was ridiculously hard! It comes in 6 shades! I chose watermelon for the perfect summer color, I am definitely going to get another for fall!!

Napoleon Perdis Mighty Concealer Pen in Mellow Yellow: Alright so I had been eyeing this since I first started as a Prestige Consultant! The main reason I wanted this was because it reminded me of Macs Prep & Prime. (It's a lil lighter in person) But I didn't want to pick it up at $29 because I wasn't sure if I really wanted it. But last Sunday Napoleon went 50 % OFF at ULTA, and I decided that Now was the perf time to try it! So far soooo goood!

Napoleon Perdis Mattifying Primer: For one a powder primer?? um WOW. Also this was 50 % OFF too. But I really wanted this because it kinda reminds me Ben Nye's Banana Powder with its yellow tint. Now It definitely does not wear like Banana Powder because its so silky! So I find its better if I wear it on top of my under eye setting powder to give it that brighter tint!

Well Dolls that's everything that I have picked up so far! I have really enjoyed all of these products! If you guys have tried these and love them like I do, Leave a comment below or tweet me!

My Skincare Routine: Couples Edition!!

Hey Guys! Welcome back to my blog! Today I wanna talk about skincare!
I had always had a really hard time finding the perfect regimen for my skin up until about over a year ago! For the last year I have been using the same routine with a couple add on's here and there. So I wanna talk about my skin type & what works for me! A little twist though I am also including my boyfriends skincare routine too! I though it'd be fun and informational for any male readers. Plus he has been using his routine for a little over a year also! Lets jump right in!

So if you don't know, I work for Clinique and after trying a few things, we use almost EVERYTHING clinique Lol.

My Routine!!
I have Oily/Combination skin, meaning My T-Zone is oily, but my cheeks are normal/comfortable!
Here's My Products:

Cleansing System
1.Liquid Facial Soap for Oily Skin: Basic Cleanser, picks up excess dirt's and oils without drying out your skin.
2.Clarifying Lotion #3: Sweeps away dead skin cells on the skins surface, and excess oils. & preps skin for hydration.
3.Dramatically Different Gel Moisturizer: Oil Free Moisturizer, helps your skin retain more moisture, and strengthens your moisture barrier.

Moisture Boosters
1.Clinique Smart Serum: Custom Repair Serum for damage you seen and damage you don't see. I use it for Rough Texture and Uneven skin tone.
2.Even Better Skin tone Correcting Lotion SPF 20: Oil-Free Moisturizer for oily skin, creates even skin tone and protects your skin. (Day Cream)
3.Super Rescue Antioxidant Night Moisturizer: Helps keep your skin strong, and protects your skin from aging. It comes in 2 types for dry skin and oily.
4.All About Eyes: Diminishes the appearance of puffiness and dark circles, and helps keep makeup on.

I love this system that I have, my skin has never been so healthy and balanced! I do everything in the exact order I wrote. Mix & Match the Day & Night Cream!
If your interested in this system, please don't assume you are the same type as I am. You can go to your nearest clinique counter and get skin typed, or go online to their site and answer the questions. Of course I can always help also!

Mason's Routine!
1. Clinique Exfoliating Scrub: We both use this about 2-3 times a week. Helps keep the dead skin cells from building up!
2. Clinique Acne Solutions Foaming Cleanser: Helps clear and prevent breakouts, Removes excess dirt's and oils, and unclogs the pores!
3. Clinique Acne Solutions Clarifying lotion: Medicated formula (White Powder) exfoliates, reduces oil, and unclogs pores! (Masons Fave step!)
4. Clinique for MEN SPF 21 moisturizer: Lightweight oil-free moisture, with sun protection.
5. Even Better Eyes: Lightweight eye cream, help visibly lighten dark circles.

Mason had been having really bad acne breakouts, and we were unable to find a good system for him, until last year! This acne system has worked tremendously for him! His breakouts have cleared up so good, and he rarely has bad breakouts anymore. There is a 3rd step in the acne system , which is a moisturizer ,but he didn't like it so we switched it out! Also he puts on his eye cream before his SPF moisturizer! Remember, its always better to go and get skin typed or I can help you figure out your skin needs. This system may not be for everyone!

So that is everything that we use! 2-3 times a week, I incorporate a mask, but I'm going to talk about those in a separate post, because I have so many faves! I hope you guys enjoyed this! If you have any questions or need help skin typing yourself, go ahead and leave a comment below or tweet me! Thanks for stopping by!

Mini ELF Haul && I am BACK!

Okay two things I haven't done in foreverrrrrr....Blogged and Shopped ELF products! Before I get into the little things I picked up, lets began with..WHERE THEE HELL I BEEN!?

Okay folks my last blog published on FEB 25th and I have been absent since then. Basically I took a little break for personal reasons, but I am back yall! And I am so excited to start blogging again, I missed it! So lets catch up! . For one I am in a new space, I've just moved so I am still getting my vanity and things set up! I am still with ULTA/CLINIQUE , and I still love all things beauty :) Anywho lets get into this lil haul!

I haven't shopped ELF in so long, so I picked up anything that was new to my eye! and some things said "NEW" So if you have used any of these items let me know how they work or what you think of em!

So while running my errands today, I made a stop at Target for water, and ended up in the Cosmetics Department!
The first thing I immediately grabbed was their eyelash curler! I've used it before, and then I lost it. So I grabbed it, mostly because it said it had been improved! Then while peepin' out the studio collection, I seen this Undereye setting powder! I'm most excited for this! Concealer is my thing, and I have always looked for a better way to set it! So Heyyyyyy Lol
So then I seen this Lustrous Eyeshadow, and I thought it was going to be like those compacted silky loose shadows, But its GEL! I cant wait to use this as a liner! I hope it has a good wear! Also this Eyeliner pen, It's not New but its new to me. So yeah, when I swatched it, the applicator is very firm, so it seems like it will be easy to use!
So the last two things I picked up were these. The Jumbo Gloss Stick really reminded me of the Clinique chubby sticks, which I love. I wanted to compare it to them. Off the bat tho, the quality of the packaging is not good. Like the bottom twist up thing is not sturdy! Anywho, The shimmering facial whip looked like a really pretty highlight! Funny story, Today while doing my makeup, I did very simple like just brows, mascara, and a little bronzer. And I really needed a good peachy highlight. and Waaalaaah I found one.

So that is everything that I picked up, I am probably going to do a Review on the Under Eye Setting Powder! I hope you guys enjoyed this! I am so exciting to be blogging again! If you have any questions or if you have used any of these items before, Leave a comment below or tweet me!

Hope you Guys Enjoyed this post! Thanks for stopping by!
